WE LOVE SPORTS!!
These are our Trevor Browne number "51" athletes! Spencer had the number first. He is in the middle during his Senior year. During high school, Spencer played football and basketball. Then Marc selected the number on the junior varsity team during his sophomore year. Marc played football for his freshman year, basketball all 4 years and ran track for 1 season. (Note how tall Marc is at this point in his life.He finally "topped" out at 6' 7"). Marni couldn't be left out, so her freshman year, she selected the number 51 jersey too. Marni played several sports during high school. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis.  The other girls played sports during high school too. Moira-Lin played volleyball, M'Liss participated in track and field. She was really good at shot put, but she would never tell you that!! Miche' played volley ball and cheered everyone on in the other sports!!
These two pictures are of Spencer while he was playing for Phoenix College. He was fortunate enough and talented enough to be able to play basketball on a full scholarship all 4 years of his college career. He played for PC his freshman year and then left for 2 years to serve his mission in Santiago, Chile South. His coach was sad to see him leave on his mission and actually asked him to convert to another religion for a year. But, upon his return, his first game out, he scored one of his highest scoring games of his career! He went on to play 2 more years (and finish his degree) at Grand Canyon University.

But, the main reason for my post (it will one day be put into a hard copy book for my posterity to read) is the text Spencer wrote two weeks ago about Marc. It was not only touching, but also very humbling to read. I love my kids and it is really fun to hear them verbalize how much they love each other.

Dear Family,

Marc has gotten very little recognition over the years when it comes to sports. . . Well, let me give him some. I have played with outstanding big men through my years of playing ball, to include my college years, and I honestly would put my little/big brother among the best. We had the chance tonight to play together for the first time in years and the game was a very physical/competitive one. Besides both Inman boys almost getting thrown out of the game everything went well and we won. I just wanted everyone in our family to know how impressed I was with Marc today. He dominated in every way (defense, rebounding, offense). It was probably the most fun I have had playing ball in years. We did our family proud.

WAY TO GO MARC!!
